Who this notice is from

OpenFirms Consulting Pvt Ltd. Our postal address, phone numbers and email address are in the footer of every page on this site, and on the contact page.

What this site collects

One thing, and only when you choose to send it: the consultation form. It asks for your name, your work email address, your company, your country or region, what you need help with, your message, and your agreement that we may reply to you.

Nothing else on this site collects anything about you. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind, and no profiling.

What we do with it

We read it and we reply to you. Submissions are stored in our content management system and a notification is emailed to our team. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, together with our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, and only for our own editors: it lets a signed-in editor preview a page before it is published. If you are a visitor, this site sets no cookies at all.

Requests to other companies

None. Everything the site needs is served from our own servers, including the typefaces, which are built into the site rather than fetched from Google when you load a page. Loading a page here does not tell any third party that you visited.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to send it to you in a portable form, or object to us holding it at all. Email us and we will do it.

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In Germany that is the authority for the state you live in.

Changes

If we change how this works, we will change this page.
